Responsibilities

  • Call and followup with customers to secure payment plans.
  • Review and execute appropriate Collections actions like legal, restructure and settlements to recover debt and minimise credit losses.
  • Partner with product teams and business units to coordinate Collection's activities across the bank.
  • Achieve the productivity standard set for the team and individual KPI.
  • Take on additional projects and tasks assigned by reporting manager.

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2years of collections experience.
  • Well versed in the bank products and processes.
  • Good understanding of technology in the digital banking space.
  • Possess strong written, communication and negotiation skill.

Salary:
From RM4,500.00 per month
