Coordinating with outlets to ensure that orders are shipped on time, damaged goods are replaced, and outlets are kept informed about their orders' status.


  • Performing administrative tasks such as ordering new inventory items, record stock quantity, transfer stock between outlets and etc.
  • Assist in handling documentations.
  • Perform stock check and prepare monthly stock summary for analysis.
Job Requirement

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, accessing Google Drive & Gmail, shopping platforms and etc.
  • Able to read, write and converse in Mandarin, Malay & English.
  • Physically fit & willing to learn.
  • Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am6pm, Saturday 9am1pm.
  • Kindly arrange own transportation.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
