Key Outcomes expected from this role

  • Campaign Execution and Analysis: Successfully executing promotions across all relevant channels according to the specified timeline. Provide a comprehensive results report within one week of each promotional campaign's conclusion, detailing key metrics and insights.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to ensure Lumos maintains an optimal inventory level across all warehouses. This should be sufficient to fulfill sales projections for the next 34 months, ensuring a seamless customer experience and avoiding stockouts or overstock situations.
  • Website Maintenance: Conduct weekly checks to ensure all website functions are operating at 100% efficiency. This includes the reviews section, cart functions, payment methods, and other key features that contribute to a great user experience.
  • Social Media and

Community Management:
Manage social media posts and respond to messages within 24 hours, fostering a responsive and engaging online community.

  • Ecommerce

Process Improvement:

Identify gaps in the current e-commerce process and propose solutions, leveraging on internal or external tools to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

  • Promotion Execution: Implement promotional offerings on our website channel, ensuring they align with Lumos' marketing strategy and customer needs.

  • Website Management: Oversee the management of reviews on the website and maintain basic website functions, including FAQs and product information, to provide a seamless user experience.
  • Marketing Tools Management: Search, compare, review, and set up relevant marketing tools such as Paperflite and Videowise to enhance our marketing efforts.
  • Social Media Communication: Manage communications on social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.

  • Experience and Knowledge: 12 years of experience in D2C marketing roles, with a focus on social media and ecommerce management. Familiarity with Shopify, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Google Ads is essential. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also welcome.
  • Analytical and Creative: Ability to analyze campaign data, draw insights, and make datadriven decisions. Creativity in developing engaging marketing content.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Excellent command of English, both oral and written. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a team.
