Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily inspection on all the services and fittings of the common area and to ensure that they are fictional.
  • Check and propose rectification work for major services, defects in the place
  • Attend to all occupant complaint, emergency call, request for maintenance works and prepare necessary report
  • To assist superior to inspect and monitor renovation work comply with drawing and layout.
  • Monitor and keep track that service contractor and builder works comply with requirement and follow up monthly service.
  • Propose and discuss method to prevent constant breakdown pertaining to plumbing and electrical works
  • Develop and maintain good rapport with occupants
  • Implement all policies, activities, procedures as relevant and required by the property development system
  • Monitor and keep track that service contractor and builder works comply with requirement and follow up monthly service.
  • To handle any adhoc task such as unclog toilet, painting works and handson task.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in property management.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,700.00 per month
