RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 1. To assist tender / contract reviews, preparing contracts documents, negotiation with contractors, contracts administration and drafting contractual correspondences.

  • Prepare tender submission including taking off, calling from sub
- quotation relevant contractor/suppliers.
Able to calculate the cost of construction for tendering projects (pre-contract) based on the tender drawings and documents

( 負責准备投标文件,包括與相关承包商/供应商的估價單。能够根据招标图和文件计算招标项目(预合同)的施工成本 )

  • To invite sub-contractors of various traders to submit quotations for the projects, evaluate the quotation accordingly to the necessary award of the contractor.
( 邀请各分包商提交项目报价,根据承包商的必要價格对报价进行评估 )

  • To prepare tender documents including measurements and Bills of Quantities.
( 准备招标文件,包括测量和工程量清单 )

  • To prepare cost estimates.
( 准备成本估算 )

  • To handle progress claims, site valuations, variation orders and final account.
( 处理进度驗收款、场地估价、設計變更和决算 )

  • To attend all project meetings.
( 参加所有工程会议 )

REQUIREMENTS:

( 候选人必须至少拥有工料测量文凭/学位或同等学历 )

  • Minimum at least 3-4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
( 至少3-4年相关领域工作经验 )

  • Preferably who is specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
( 工料测量专业或同等学历者优先 )

( 候选人将担任该职位的工料测量师 )

  • Has good working knowledge in standard forms, contract administration, construction claim as well as reviewing and drafting of contracts.

  • Self motivated and independently.

  • Posses own transport.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Quantity Surveyor: 2 years (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

  • Telok Panglima Garang (preferred)

Ability to Relocate:

  • Telok Panglima Garang: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
