Roles:
- Welcome, receive and register patients and visitor particulars into the system.
- Answering patient inquires and transferring calls to direct and departments.
- Scheduling appointments for patients.
- Explain the daycare admission procedures clearly to the patient.
- Maintain and update patient records and accounts.
- Process payments for patients and issuing receipts.
- Keeping track of office supplies, inventories and placing orders as necessary.
- Maintain patient, visitor and staff confidentiality.
- Ensuring maintenance of the reception area.
- Keep accurate records for all daily transactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in office administration or equivalent.
- Able to work flexibly such as shift work, weekends and public holidays, and is reliable, dependable, enthusiastic and self-motivated.
- Good communication skills - written and verbal.
- Good computer proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office suite.
