JOB DESCRIPTION

1st Level Support

  • Perform routine support to end users by ticketing request.
  • IDs (GMAIL, UNITS, AD, ELSA) management for on boarding\ off boarding staff.
  • Install, update & support Windows 7, Windows 10 & Windows 1
  • Install, update, support and troubleshoot printers & computer parts.

IT Documentation

  • Update IT documentation including: IT assets, software licensing & infrastandardization (Net. Topology etc.)

MISC

  • IT lowlevel project (Replacement Computer, Yearly Computer Audit etc.)
  • Install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
  • Conduct PC audits and inventory of all products & services.

Skills & Knowledge Requirements

  • Currently pursuing in Diploma or Degree level in Information Technology\ Science Computer\Networking or equivalent.
  • Good technical in Windows OS technology (Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7).
  • Able to communicates well with end users (for handling ticket requests).
  • Able to work in a team member as well as individual.
  • Good command of written and spoken English

Contract length: 3 months

Pay:
RM RM600.00 per month
