Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that promote active learning and engagement.
  • Develop and implement ageappropriate lesson plans and educational activities.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development through interactive and playbased learning experiences.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing individualized attention and support as needed.
  • Collaborate with parents and guardians, maintaining open communication and providing regular updates on student progress
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom culture that celebrates

Requirements and skills

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten or early childhood education setting. Experience in handling children aged 5 to 6 would be an added advantage.
  • Excellent knowledge of child development and the latest education theories and practices
  • Proficiency in English language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Creative and artistic teaching abilities
  • Patience and flexibility

Minimum qualification:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education

  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility, creativity, and a passion for working with young children.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

Experience:

Kindergarten Teaching: 3 years (required)
