Assistant Mechanical Design Engineer

- Design and development of Dispenser System, machine layout concept and product development
- Prepare BOM, detailed design drawing and design calculation.
- Candidate must have skill in manage all aspect of the project from design, fabrication, testing, site installation, commissioning, QC up until hand over.
- To attend to site testing & commissioning and ensure design and production performance meet the customer's requirement.
- To continuously review, update, take proactive actions of the development of the design & process made and stay ahead of the schedule.
- To communicate & co-ordinate effectively across all levels.
- To follow up the status of part delivery, project progress, quality of the product as per specification required.
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Mechatronic or equivalent.
- At least 1-3 Year(s) of relevant working experience
- Able to work independently
- Have a strong interest in machine design, creative and good learning spirit
- 3D CAD design experience and ability to conduct engineering calculation and analysis according to industry standard are essential
- Knowledge in steel fabrication and machining processes will be an advantage
- Experience in design set-ups, component selection, testing and troubleshooting preferred
