該職位負責積極招攬和處理銷售機會。確保業務及時、正常運轉,以妥善交付服務。協助領導與銷售有關的所有日常活動,並專注於建立基於價值的長期客戶關係,以實現銷售目標。實現個人銷售目標。

**教育和經驗要求**
- 在經認可的大學取得工商管理、行銷、酒店和餐廳管理或相關專業的兩年制學位;3 年銷售與行銷或相關專業領域工作經驗。

或者
- 工商管理、行銷、酒店與餐廳管理或相關專業四年制學士學位;1 年銷售與行銷或相關專業領域工作經驗。

**核心工作活動**

**建立能促成銷售機會的成功關係**
- 與酒店外部的銷售管道協作,確保銷售工作得以協調,並起到補充作用,而非重複。
- 建立並加強與現有和新客戶的關係,以實現未來的預訂。活動包括銷售拜訪、娛樂節目、FAM 旅行、貿易展覽等。
- 在社區內發展關係,以加強和擴大銷售機會的客戶群。
- 管理和建立與主要內部和外部利益相關者的關係。
- 向宴會管理部提供準確、全面和有效的營業額。

**管理銷售活動**
- 參加與銷售團隊成員的銷售拜訪溝通,以獲取新業務和/或結算業務。
- 執行和支持預訂業務的運營方面(例如,生成提案,撰寫契約,客戶信函)。

**掌握市場趨勢和目標客戶資訊,從而最大限度地提高收入**
- 識別新業務,以實現個人和酒店收入目標。
- 瞭解整體市場 - 競爭對手的優勢和劣勢、經濟趨勢、供求關係等,並瞭解如何針對這些因素進行銷售。
- 根據市場情況和酒店需求,為酒店把握最佳機會。
- 瞭解酒店的主要目標客戶和服務預期;透過瞭解客戶的業務、業務問題和顧慮,服務他們並提供更好的業務解決方案。

- 支援公司的服務和關係策略,透過在每次客戶體驗中提供卓越的服務來提高客戶忠誠度。
- 為客戶服務,以提高市場份額。
