We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive to join our team.

As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for producing visually engaging and interactive multimedia content that effectively communicates our brand message and enhances user experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and develop multimedia assets for a variety of digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your creative skills and contribute to the success of our organization.

Job Salary:
RM2,500 - RM3,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and followership.
  • Create and curate engaging content for posting on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
  • Analyze social media metrics and performance data to track the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to recommend innovative strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, communications, and other teams to align social media efforts with overall organizational goals.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and brand advocates to amplify reach and engagement.
  • Handle social media crisis management by addressing negative feedback or issues in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate social media performance and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to navigate rapidly changing social media landscapes.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Experience with web design, and graphics design is a plus.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Sri Petaling: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Language:

  • Mandarin (preferred)
