JOB DESCRIPTION FOR COMMERCIAL ADMIN

  • Maintaining of Enquiry/Job Order and follow up with respected personnel on daily basis.
  • Sourcing suppliers/services/products in accordance with customer requirement.
  • Supplier negotiations and relationship management.
  • Prepare quotation and participate in tender activities.
  • Submission of quotations to client and follow up on the job status.
  • Coordinate and making sure products/services get delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • Updating of supplier data base regularly and review whenever necessary.
  • Prepare and maintain the approved vendors list for daily references in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and developing ongoing rapport and working relationships with Customers.
  • Acknowledge any enquiries in mail and forward to respected personnel.
  • Prompt updates of the total sales by commercial.
  • Ensure final job costings are submitted to accounts for invoicing purposes.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
