Corporate Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the corporate consolidation process, including intercompany eliminations, FX currency revaluations, and the accounting close process, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete recognition of financial transactions in accordance with US GAAP.
  • Lead and guide a team of senior accountants responsible for supporting the corporate close process, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Provide managerial guidance and direction to remote direct reports, both in local and nonlocal locations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Accounting Team, Internal Control, SEC Reporting, FP&A, Operational Business partners, Third Parties, and External Auditors, both in local and global environments.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.
  • Proficiency in US GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
  • Proficiency with D365 and/or Oracle ERP systems.
  • Expertise in multiledger, multicompany, or multicurrency company consolidation, revaluations, and elimination processes.
  • A blend of strong leadership qualities and team player mentality, coupled with exceptional process and personnel management skills.
  • Familiarity with global accounting standards and regulatory compliance.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across crossfunctional teams and global environments.
  • Proven experience in managing a team of accounting professionals.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary:
RM15, RM18,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
