Handle full set of Accounts (AP,AR & GL)

  • Responsible for timely preparation of financial reports in accordance with financial standards and government regulations
  • Monitor and manage cash flow, petty cash and rental collection from tenants
  • Liaise and resolve matters pertaining to external auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers or other third parties
  • Well verse with SST compliance, submission and payment
  • Manage full cycle of monthly payroll functions that includes preparation and
processing monthly in an efficient accurate and timely manner

  • Responsible for processing & checking attendance including leave, overtime, allowances and absenteeism
  • Generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and HRDC
  • Preparation of company annual form E, EA and tax returns
  • Assist in adhoc assignments when necessary
Job Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures & computer literate
  • Required skill(s): UBS Accounting Software, MS Office, MS Word
  • Required language(s); English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to start work immediately will be added an advantage
  • Basic knowledge in Employment Act 1955 will be an added advantage

Salary:
RM4, RM5,200.00 per month
