Responsibilities

Calibrate and maintain instruments, equipment / apparatus, test methods in accordance with standard methods such as ASTM, IP, UOP, etc
Maintain requirement for ISO 17025 certification
Maintain and follow Laboratory Quality Assurance system
Maintain Statistical Quality Control program
Prepare quality audit plan for ISO 17025 SAMM and client's audit
Calibrate and maintain instruments in accordance with standard methods such as ASTM, IP, UOP, etc
Prepare chemical stock solutions and reagents
Standardize reagent/equipment
Conduct Test Method Assessment
Initiate, investigate and review quality improvement/corrective and preventive action
Maintain SQC program
Setup new methods in accordance with standard methods
Training new analyst on the new methods/instruments
Upkeep the cleanliness of work areas, apparatus and equipment
Perform any tasks as assigned by Laboratory Management

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Chemicals or Science Principle, having work experiences in petroleum/chemical laboratory is preferred.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
