Reparation of monthly and annual financial reports to include cash flow statements.

  • Assist in analytical review and writing of reports on financial statements.
  • Overseas hotel credit policies including all followup with lawyers on legal proceedings.
  • Oversee credit control including in house guest control.
  • Preparation of yearly budget.
  • Preparation of annual cash flow forecast.
  • Control of stock takes.
  • Collate information; conduct research and survey to assist in upgrading accounting system as and when required.
  • To ensure that the hotel overall cashiering and accounts are operated with effectiveness and efficiency.
  • To oversee areas of training which include restaurant, front office and car park cashiering.
  • To liaise with appropriate government departments and auditors.
  • Assist in developing solution to a variety of problems requiring use and techniques, including guest relations.
  • Attend management, interhotel credit and business meetings.
  • To handle staff evaluation and disciplines.
  • Control of daily sales reports.
  • Review of front office and restaurant monthly sales report.
  • To overseas the computation of service charge and government tax.
  • To perform and additional duties and responsibilities as when requested by the management.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Relocate before starting work (required)
