Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Perform daily office general clerical duties.
  • Carry out daytoday management of office and building environment.
  • To liaise with contractors and service providers, cleaning and security team.
  • Develop and maintain a positive and strong relationship with the committee, residents/tenants.
  • Providing office and building management support in general.
  • Coordinate and arrange monthly council meetings, AGM, EGM and prepare Minutes of Committee Meeting.
  • Coordinate maintenance schedule and assignments with Technician & Handyman.
  • To ensure all licenses or contract required by the law or related Act to be renewed on time.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

  • Possess at least Certificate / Diploma in Administration / Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in related fields.
  • Good written and spoken in English.
  • Experience in property/facility management is an advantage
  • Able to operate in MS Office (especially word and excel).

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
