AR Representative

Main tasks and responsibilities:
Processing of customer payments in our ERP system, performing related administration.
Monitoring and completing the invoicing processes (e-invoicing, portal invoicing, etc).

Maintaining contact with the other Credit to Cash groups (Collections and Credit teams) and partner departments (Order Management, Tax, etc).

Preparation for the monthly closure, subledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations.
Participation in projects and process improvements.
Reporting for management and for audit purposes.
Monitoring process changes, updating documentation.
Establishing effective and cooperative working relationships with internal and external partners.

Required knowledge:
University/college degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
Multinational experience is an advantage.
Knowledge of Oracle systems is an advantage.
Proficiency in using MS Word and Excel programs.
