General Description:


The position duties include a wide range of activities related to monitoring Team Performance, ensuring all work is completed accurately within specified time frames, and making sure high levels of customer service are provided at all times.


Duties and Responsibilities:

Inbound_

  • Manage entire receiving and assist in receiving and delivery status report.
  • To assist superior in day to day operation activities (order processing, reporting, filing system, 5S, HSE and etc)
  • To make sure smooth coordination with Inventory & Operatioons team pertaining to the order.
  • To assist superior in Root cause analysis, corrective and preventive action.
  • To make sure receiveing in cargo in good order/ clean sign off and photo evidence if necessary.
  • Are required to take reasonable care for their own health and safety.
  • Will cooperate in the investifation of accidents and near misses and the reporting of these incidents.
  • Shuold promote ideas for the improvement of Health and Safety standards and also provide suitable suggestions for reductions in risk.
  • Must clean up their working areas and also help maintain clear gangsways together with high standards of local housekeeping and hygience.

Otbound_

  • To manage entire Outbound operation.
  • Key in picking and loading tracking in Excel sheet.
  • Segregate pick list by category and arrange for picking.
  • Monitor pickers output productivity.
  • Hand over pick list to checker.
  • Check and verify checkers accuracy randomly.
  • Completed process pick list, hand over to Outbound Planner for gate pass and invoice processing.
  • Loading goods into truck by first come first serve basis.
  • Meet KPI's as Customer's requirement.
**Job Requirement:
- *
  • At least 35 years experience in similar capacity in Warehousing and Distribution.
  • Min SPM/Diploma or equivalent field
  • Excellent knowledge of warehousing.
  • Proficient computer skills, specifically in Ms. Excel and WMS
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports.
  • Reliable and able to work independently.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and writing skills
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Melayu. Both verbal and written skills.
  • Knowledge in Warehouse management
  • Able to work under pressure with minimum supervision
  • Ability to work independently, attention to details and sense of urgency
  • A team player with good interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Able to interact with people at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentially of information.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
