JOB RESPONSIBILITY


Responsible for submitting customs declarations for import and export shipments, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complies with customs regulations.


To ensure all shipments comply with customs regulations and laws, including tariff classifications, duty rates, and country of origin requirements.


Responsible to communicate with various party including shipping agents, suppliers, customers, and government agencies, to ensure that all required documents are submitted in a timely and accurate manner.

To maintain accurate records of all transactions related to customs declarations, including documentation, payment receipts, and other relevant information.


To work with other departments and stakeholders to resolve any issues related to customs declarations, such as shipment delays, rejections, or compliance violations.


To stay up to date with changes in customs regulations and laws and identify opportunities to improve processes related to customs declarations.


REQUIREMENTS
Min SPM

Possess minimum 2 years working experience in related field of work

Certified with KEK is added advantageous

Friendly and able to work as a team

Good communication skills in English and Malay

Computer literate
