Responsibilities: 1.

Project Management:
a) Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. b) Develop project plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and risk management. c) Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, operations, and support, to ensure seamless project execution. d) Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively implement corrective actions. e) Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders. 2.

Post-Sales Support:
a) Act as a primary point of contact for clients after project implementation, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues or concerns. b) Collaborate with the support team to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot technical problems, and provide prompt resolutions. c) Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gather feedback, assess their ongoing needs, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling. d) Advocate for customers internally, championing their requirements, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. 3.

Relationship Management:
a) Foster strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business objectives, and aligning our solutions to meet their needs. b) Continuously assess customer satisfaction levels and implement strategies to improve client loyalty and retention. c) Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue expansion opportunities within the existing client base. d) Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings, demonstrating thought leadership and promoting our services. 4.

Team Leadership:
a) Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to a team of project managers and post-sales professionals. b) Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and professional development. c) Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide constructive feedback to team members. d) Identify training needs and organize relevant training sessions to enhance the team's skills and capabilities.

Qualifications:
a) Bachelor's degree in IT field. b) Proven experience in project management, preferably in IT field. c) Strong understanding of post-sales processes and customer support best practices. d) Excellent leadership and team management skills. e) Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. f) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. g) Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering customer value. h) Proficiency in project management tools and software.
