  • Lead, oversee and ensure QA team carry out daily operations in accordance to the Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Develop, implement and review Quality Control system as well as identifies areas for improvement.
  • Supervise manufacturing inspection and test functions at every stage of the manufacturing processes.
  • Maintain QA reports / records on the results for all quality inspections, analysis and test.
  • Responsible for customer complaints investigation, correction plan and report.
  • Liaise with certification body pertaining to external audit matters handle and upkeep QMS/Halal certification and ensure practices are inline with requirements.
  • Handle Pest Control Program and conduct monitoring of pest related issues.
  • Perform Internal Quality audit or supplier audit as per the specified scheduled.
  • Initiate Quality and Hygiene programs to ensure the operators are trained and align with GMP and Good Hygiene Practice.
  • Provide on job training and motivate employees.
  • Responsible for new Suppliers' Qualification and Supplier Audit when necessary.
  • Establish and impose an implementation of corrective action/preventive measure for nonconformities raised by regulatory bodies.
  • To ensure Manufacturing Process (incoming, inprocess, outgoing) and product fulfilled as standard Malaysian Regulation.
  • Cooperate with Purchasing department to monitor raw material supplier & process sub
- contracting vendor performance in order to reduce incoming non conformities which may impact manufacturing efficacy and waste.

  • Worked closely with Production and R&D team for most project.
  • To assist or carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree in Food Science / Technology or related field of studies.
  • Over 5 years of working experience in similar position in food industry.
  • Good command in both spoken and written in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good interpersonal skills and leadership abilities. Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Strong analytical and good time management and delegation of responsibilities.

Pay:
RM5, RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (preferred)
