Setup and operate 3-axis, 4-axis and/or 5-axis CNC Milling machines or CNC Turn-mill, CNC Turning and Auto-lathe according to procedures and engineering drawings to manufacture machined part efficiently and to specifications

  • Change cutting tools and adjust machine feeds and speeds as needed
  • Responsible in CNC machine setup for junior level CNC Machinist to help eliminate nonconformance and machine downtime
  • Setup and operate CNC machines to produce part as per drawing and within specification
  • Setup, operate and maintains measuring equipment, gauges and fixtures for inspection
  • Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of work area at all time
  • Able to train Machine Operators to operate CNC machine
  • Responsible for material wastage control, manufacturing cost reduction and compliance with safety requirements
  • Identify root causes and corrective action to resolve production process and quality issues
  • Use prescribed procedures to inspects parts produced to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements that will eliminate defects, scrap and rework
  • Maintain equipment and work area in a clean and orderly condition on a daily basis, report defective machine, equipment, materials and/or faulty operations to supervisor
  • Able to perform troubleshooting and regular maintenance on CNC machines
  • Responsibility to inform superior on machine and tooling conditions that may cause quality and safety issue
  • Carry out any other responsibilities as and when assigned by Management

Pay:
RM1, RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Rotational shift
