Prepare and handle all necessary related to admin, operation and transportation documents.

  • To liaise and follow up with the relevant parties.
  • Liaise with customers and suppliers concerning pick up and delivery arrangements.
  • Manage and control spare parts for after sales service
  • Handling schedule for technicians on repairing item
  • Must be well verse in English and Bahasa
  • Updates the transport schedule accordingly and arranges for delivery schedule.
  • Handle all communications in all shipmentrelated issues.
  • Prepare the report & supporting documents as requested by the management.
  • To handle registration/renewal of the trucks with relevant parties.
  • Perform any ad hoc task given by management

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
