What you'll do:
- Experience in the complete recruitment life cycle process starting from sourcing validating resumes, preliminary interviews, HR interviews, salary negotiations, and rolling out offers.
- Ability to perform multiple tasks with the right prioritisation
- Ensure all recruitment processes and activities remain compliant to Country specific employment laws & regulations
- Good experience in sourcing profiles using a mix of channels like web portals, advertisements, walkins, professional networking, personal references, headhunting and vendors.
- Effective utilization of the portals, referral methods, and other varied techniques like headhunting and cold calling.
What you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT / Technical recruitment
- A selfmotivated, energetic, smart and intelligent recruitment professional aiming towards the best always
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- Must be a good Team player
- Must be able to work in an environment with high interdependencies between teams and crosscultural colleagues.
Salary:
From RM3,500.00 per month
