To assist Head of HWMS, LLS & CLS:
a. to prepare documentation, report for Variation Orders/ New installed Facilities proposal for the company. b. in providing periodical Management Performance Reports and Analysis as required including proposals for CLS improvement. c. to plan, lead, motivate, organize, coach and train vendor staff and others to achieve departmental and company's objectives. d.

in planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring service delivery of CLS are according to Concession Agreement, Technical Requirement performance Indicators, Master Agreed Procedures, Hospital Specific Implementation Plan (HSIP) and other statutory requirements introduced from time to time.
