Drafter

Responsibilities:

  • Create technical drawings with detail based on engineering and architectural designs.
  • Utilize CAD software to accurately depict dimensions, materials and procedures.
  • Collaborate with engineers, work closely to understand project requirements.
  • Incorporate feedbacks and revisions into drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with specification
  • Review drawings for completeness and accuracy.
  • Make necessary revisions to drawings based on feedback and changes in project requirements.
  • Ensure drawings incompliance with guidelines, regulatory and standards.
  • Organize records of drawings and revisions.
  • Assist in document control processes to track and manage changes.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Diploma in drafting, engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of drafter or similar role
  • Strong problem solving, technical skills and an eye for details
  • Proficient in Solidworks, GD&T
  • Experience of working in medical device industry is preferred.
  • Able to converse in English and Mandarin
  • Highly independent, possess critical thinking abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
