  • As an Accounts Associate, you will be responsible in ensuring the provision of timely and efficient bookkeeping and accountingrelated services to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for preparation of partial/ full sets of account activities meeting the clients.
  • To prepare/ submit SST/GST return with the authorities.
  • Assist in timely and accurate preparation of management accounts.
  • Assist in timely and accurate compilation of unaudited financial statements.
  • Review current workflow and recommend solutions to address weaknesses or improve efficiency, in collaboration with other departments where appropriate.
  • Other adhoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field; fresh graduate is welcome to apply.
  • Has basic knowledge in accounting standards and policies such as IASs and FRSs and statutory requirements such as GST/ SST
  • Has basic knowledge in using professional accounting software such as Xero and QuickBooks
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Structured, proven ability to meet deadlines, manage multiple priorities and achieve results under pressure.
