Roles & Responsibilities
Endowus is seeking a Content Strategist to join our team.

It's an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, inquisitive, self-driven writer who seeks to work in a fast-growing FinTech company and lead the industry by producing compelling and empowering content to help individuals make well-informed decisions to invest better for the future.

The Content Strategist will report to the Content Lead and be involved in driving the development of all content communication assets and channels to amplify the Endowus brand and further nurture conversation and engagement.

• Ideate and create diverse content formats for Endowus' owned channels, expanding the reach of content from desktop to mobile.
• Crystallise productmarket fit with a viable content strategy, stringing key investment concepts with personal investing goals
• Establish knowledge management processes and SEO best practices for content longevity.
• Identify target audience, and translate insights into clear strategic outcomes.
• Collaborate with the Brand to deliver timely and engaging content and the Growth Marketing team to proactively use data insights to optimise content's commercial impact.
• Partner with content platforms, editorials and affiliates, to strategise seasonal, strategic and searchoptimised content to drive engagement.
• Stay abreast of industry developments and adapt content strategies based on market intelligence and competitor feedback to remain marketrelevant and clientfirst.

Requirements & Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree, and 4+ years of relevant working experience
• You must have a valid work visa to be based in Malaysia as no visa sponsorship will be provided
• Knowledge and interest in personal finance and investing will be a plus.
• Advanced and proven writing ability, with a keen understanding of what constitutes highquality content
• Strong design thinking, problemsolving, and communication skills
• Organised, detailoriented, and selfdriven with excellent time management
• History of stakeholder management
• Teamwork focus
• Ability to adapt quickly to the fastpaced startup environment
