Job Scope

To collect, record, and analyse data from daily operations of machines and equipment for productivity and efficiency enhancement;
To key in data & track schedule;
To coordinate order based on the required planning date and update HOD;
Able to read and understand technical drawing;
To prepare and update daily production output assigned by the superior;
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports;
Develop and maintain filing system;
To perform other related duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Job Requirement

Diploma in Administration / STPM/ SPM or any equivalent with a minimum of 1 year of experience in related field.
Proficient in computer technology especially Microsoft Office, Powerpoint, Excel Applications.
Ability in multi-tasking, confident, meticulous with excellent communication skills.
Attention to detail, prioritization skill, and time management.
Strong interpersonal skills.
High capability in follow ups.

Good problem solving skills.
