Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing clinic operations and staff duties.
  • Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
  • Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic.
  • Help to detail, design, and implement marketing plans for each product or service being offered.
  • Develop sales strategies and approaches for various products and services, such as special promotions and sponsored events, and work with marketing executives to generate leads and maximize conversion.
  • Track sales data and work to meet quotas or sales team goals.
  • Analyze trends, data, demographics, pricing strategies, and other information that can potentially improve marketing and sales performance.
  • Performing the hiring, interview, training, and performance evaluation of staff members.

Requirements:

  • You must have a minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the clinic/spa/beauty related industry. You must have a proven track record in a highly competitive sales environment.
  • Willing to travel.
  • Willing to work and remain contactable during clinic/outlet operating hours including Public Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays.
  • Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently.
  • You must be able to converse well in Chinese and English in order to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers
  • Must proficiency in reading and writing in English and Mandarin.
  • Work location PJ SS2, One Utama, Sunway Pyramid and Aeon Cheras Maluri.
