Job Description:

  • Calculate estimating cost for product costings and recommendation on selling prices.
  • Costing structures breakdown and analysis reports for quotation approval.
  • Provide the quotation to the customers, and assist Sales & Marketing personal to liaise on the cost analyses and enquiries from customers.
  • Set up ERP product pricing system, product BOM for new product, product pricing updates, review and product revamp.
  • Analyzing changes in product design, raw materials, manufacturing methods or services provided, to determine effects on costs
  • Responsible conduct pricing benchmarks, financial assessment, to ensure accurate price positioning, pricing structure for newly launch products.
  • Maintain costing for all company products, and manage costing related matters for items produced and export and imported from overseas.
  • Establish and continuously update industryleading costing frameworks, standards, tools, cost mitigation.
  • Understand the functionality, interfaces, interdependence of financial process and systems, ensure existence of adequate internal controls on cost elements including the fixed overhead cost
  • Analyze actual manufacturing costs and prepare regular reports comparing standard costs to actual production costs
  • Review and analyze actual production cost vs. budget/standard and recommending changes/improvements
  • Responsible to Standard costing accuracy, yearly cost revaluation for in house production processes including efficiency, rejection and purchased items etc.
  • Monthly report for costing comparison of actual cost of product and selling price
  • Responsible to daily routine on activate new items/BOM, costing update and transaction posting
  • Work closely with production staffs for existing products and work closely with new products development team to study, collect data to determine cost of product and its manufacturing activities.

Job Requirement:

  • Consistently produce highquality work.
  • Good time management, communication, analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Software skills: Microsoft Dynamics NAV, UBS, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Education qualifications: Possess at least a Diploma/Degree or equivalent in finance & accounting.
  • Work experience: Minimum of 4 years of working experience in a related field.
  • Willingness to work in Senai Ipark.
  • Language skills: Good written & verbal communication in English. Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.

Pay:
RM5, RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
