Operate Reactor and mixing tanks to meet daily production targets

Controlling and maintaining process parameters of Reactor through DCS:

  • Usage of flow meters and pumps to dose resins and solvents
  • Use of drums to dose solvents
  • Perform simple chemical analysis to check inprocess quality
  • Operate the grinding mills and mixing stirrer
  • Operate pumps and filters to pack products into drums or IBC containers
  • Maintaining good housekeeping and safety standards

Requirements:

Minimum qualification of a Diploma/ITE in Chemical Technology
:

  • Previous experience in a Chemical manufacturing environment.
-
Willingness to work on shifts and perform overtime when necessary
:

  • Physically capable for manual lifting and working in a nonairconditioned environment.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
-
Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas, Singapore.

Pay:
RM7, RM8,000.00 per month

  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay
  • Performance bonus
