Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production team to achieve cycle time target, production output, yield, quality and productivity.
- Supervise and improving production processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Identifying problems or bottlenecks in the production processes.
- Ensure safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance.
- Perform verification of production output according to specification.
- To create production process according to production order and to confirm
- Train new employees on how to use machinery and follow procedures safely
- Responsible on production operations and perform any ad hoc tasks.
Job Requirement
- At least 25 years working experience
- Working experience in Manufacturing Industry is an added advantage
- Ability to work independently or handle multiple task
- Preferred English and Mandarin speaker to communicate Internally and Externally.
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
