1. Troubleshoot non-functioning components including PLC, sensors, and control components.- Log equipment usage, parts replacement, and scheduled maintenance to ensure maximum functionality.
- Periodically report to superior regarding automation capabilities and status
- Perform diagnostic checks on system, monitor automated system and isolate problem and perform repairs.
- Assist with automation equipment assembly setup / troubleshoot / buy-off.
- Ensure all work done always meets manufacturing requirements.
- Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are upheld.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
The experience that we're looking to add to our team:
- Requires Diploma or equivalent in Robotics, Mechatronics or Electronics
- Requires minimum 2 years of troubleshooting in mechanical parts, PLC programs
- Knowledge in PLC and troubleshooting is an added advantage.
Salary:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
