Job Requirements
- Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
- Familiarity with finance regulations
- Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
- Handson experience with MS Excel and Autocount software
- Organization skills
- Require language(s): Mandarin, English, Malay
Responsibilities:
- Assist in handling full set of accounts
- General admin duties
- Monitor AR & AP to ensure payment collected or prepared within the timeline.
- Maintain proper accounting record and filing
- Assist on the cash flow requirement with available cash resources, and petty cash record and reimbursement.
- Process payroll
- Any adhoc task given by superior
