To assist maintenance department for issuing PR form(eg. spare parts items for lorry & machine )
- sourcing spare parts or request item must ensure that compare with at least 3 vendors Issue PO to suppliers

  • Ensure all the ordered item delivered within the time period
  • Prepare maintenance records
  • Ensure that maintenance department submit the checklist in weekly basis
  • To assist maintenance to coordinate with outsource services
  • Ensure all Purchase Order closing every 10th of each month
- prepare monthly maintenance purchase record with cost analysis to purchasing excutive

  • Ensure all documents filing properly
  • Prepare lorry tyre report
  • Monitoring diesel tank & IBC tank stock level
- prepare gas report (LPG,Oxygen,CO2 & Acetylene)

  • Any Ad hoc duties assigned by Hod from time to time

Salary:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
