Job Responsibilities:
To provide technical support to ensure site marking and good planning prior to
commencement of work.
To minimize site dispute by checking site condition, structural, M&E based on site
and drawings.
To Quality Control site works, solve site problems and ensure work flow in sequences.
Perform site visit and attend site meeting to monitor and evaluate work progress.
Coordinate with labour & sub-contractors on the contract requirements / site condition prior to commencement of work.
Be able to work closely and liaise with design team, architectural and operation team.
To assist in providing practical training, planning or idea to enhance site work flow
and work procedure are done according to

SOP.Ensure all filling and documentation comply to ISO procedures.
Prepares bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing,
measuring and estimating material cost and labour cost price in the tendering process (if necessary)Requirements:
Professional Degree, Engineering, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
Good communication skills in English, Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking
