Responsibilities:

To purchase & source the raw materials activity from supplier
To issue Purchase Order to supplier after make a price comparison and approved by Deputy General Manager or General Manager.
Expediting & follow up with vendors on time materials delivery as material planning requirement
Compliance with purchasing policy
Responsible for the smooth material connection to support production needs.
To provide contingency plan for late deliveries
Incharge for transportation arrangement for material delivery

Requirements:

Fast learner with positive attitude.
Pleasant and cheerful personality, able to deal with people from all levels.
Selfstarter and good personality
Excellent analytical, problem solver & good written communication & and interpersonal skills.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin
