IT Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Maintain company network (including LAN and WAN), linux-related systems, and CCTV system on the HUB site.
• Deploy, configure, and maintain network equipment, monitor network performance and traffic.
• Complete helpdesk desktop operation and maintenance.
• Assign tasks, set goals, provide training, and monitor team work progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and provide technical support and solutions.

Working Days: 6 Days / Week (Monday to Saturday) -
Working Hours: 9 hours / Day (including 1.5 hours rest) on rotational working arrangement - Working Location: Klang,

Selangor Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is Mandatory.
• Extensive work experience in network management and maintenance, ability to independently configure and launch network equipment.
• Familiarity with network equipment and technologies, such as switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, etc.
• Familiarity with Linux system.
• Excellent communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
