We are looking for a fast learner and proactive Sales Team to join our company.

SALES TEAM JOB SCOPE_

  • Do online sales and admin support functions to online sales teams
  • Create sales campaign to generate more sales
  • Handle customer order processing and follow up delivery status of order
  • Chat Customer and Close sales, Delivery Order and Sales update.
  • Plan and monitor advertising, incoming chat and messages from customers from all social media platform.
  • Convert the leads/customers received from the marketing team
  • Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries
  • Actively closing by call or whatsapp.
  • Prepare sales analysis report
  • Achieve sales daily, and monthly target/KPI
  • Involve in Tiktok Live to generate more sales.
  • To assist in any adhoc task as and when assigned by the superior
  • Follow up on Internet leads and convert these leads into actual sales.
  • Work towards achieving both individual and team KPIs and goals
  • Gathering feedback from customers.
  • Conducting market research to identify customers' needs and selling strategies.
  • Drafting sales reports and submitting them to superiors.
  • Contribute ideas and work as a team player to develop sales strategy

Qualifications

  • SPM or Diploma minimum.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Enjoy interacting with people, outgoing, friendly and energetic personality with EXCELLENT customer service skills.
  • Good selling, communication and listening skills.
  • Have the ability to create a rapport with people of different ages and different cultures.
  • Resilience to cope with long hours and pressure at peak times; willing to work on weekend and public holidays.
  • Those with a working knowledge of social media and online beauty and cosmetics industry will have an advantage
  • Willing to work on 24/7 shift rotation including weekends & public holidays.
  • Able to work on midnight shift.
  • Wellorganized and detailoriented and able to multitask.
  • Ability to work with very mínimal guidance or supervision and strong time management skills.
  • Must be an assertive team player with high energy to work in a fastpaced environment.

  • Mentally and physically.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Internship, Fresh graduate

Salary:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
