The Opportunity:


Our partner, a fast-growing Australian end-to-end payments and rewards solution that is tailored to the needs of business owners, is looking to expand its team and hire for Customer Sucess Representative The team is on a mission to build innovative technology that empowers Australian business owners to make payments more rewarding.


As the Customer Success Representative, your role entails ensuring top-notch customer support, overseeing customer satisfaction, and creating an extraordinary customer journey.

You will be directly reporting to the Head of Account Management in Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the midtier accounts (between $30$50k monthly expenses)
  • Book appointments and goal setting, find the needs of our customer
  • Educate your customers and have a thorough understanding of their needs
  • Drive customer numbers and achieve monthly targets
  • Seek new opportunities and bring on new customers/referrals
  • Support migration to XERO
  • Call customers who have bounced payments

Skill, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field.
  • With at least 23 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar CS role
  • Exceptional communication skills written and verbal
  • Experience/Knowledge of the workings of an accounting practice is desirable
  • Interest and intrigue in the emerging online accounting market and Fintech
  • Resultsdriven approach.
  • Loads of initiative and ability to work autonomously.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills and an enthusiasm for building strong relationships.
  • Ability to create a quick and strong rapport with partners.
