Responsibilities
  • Support on both Agency and Banca Channel on new product launches and campaign initiatives
  • Perform detailed pricing assessment and involvement from end-to-end process to ensure right governance and mitigations actions in place
  • Perform the product risks & profitability on holistic view and ensure all the metrics and findings (includes IFRS17) are properly documented
  • Perform UATs as involved changes in ePOS, MySales, and PICs, and always looking for opportunity to improve current process
  • Support the NB quarterly monitoring, new business plan and medical repricing
  • Provide guidance and review works of interns
  • Support inforce management on initiatives to improve KPIs related to persistency, medical claims etc
  • Enhance the process of tracking experience and analysis to identify risk timely
  • Perform root cause analysis on risk identified to connect experience trends to drivers
  • Support inforce management in consolidate the monthly meeting decks

What we are looking for
  • Demonstrate ability to apply actuarial theories to develop practical solutions to various assignments and projects.
  • Degree holder with reasonable progress in actuarial professional qualification.
  • A good team player who is keen to learn and able to work independently
  • With Pricing or Actuarial experience around >2 years
