ResponsibilitiesPrepare equipment, chemicals and materials for classroom, handling and paying particular attention to the safe use.Maintain cleanliness and service ability of such apparatus and equipment and the tidiness of laboratories.
Assist with the ordering of resources and with the receipt of all deliveries, checking against delivery orders and checking for discrepanciesAssist with the maintenance of an inventory of materials, chemicals, equipment and associated stock taking dutiesAware of relevant health and safety legislation and ensure compliance
in respect of the storage and use of apparatus and materials within the departmentRequirements
At least 1 year of working experience in the related fieldDiploma/Degree in Science or equivalent
