We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our healthcare team as a Clinic Supervisor.

The Clinic Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing excellent patient care.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage clinic staff, including medical assistants and administrative.
  • Coordinate patient appointments, manage patient flow, and ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to provide a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Monitor inventory levels of medical supplies and equipment, stock count and place orders as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
  • Handle patient inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate as needed.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize clinic operations and patient care.
  • Drafts and submits panel claims accordingly.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduate or at least (1) year of related working experience.
  • Above 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a clinic or medical office.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
  • Able to work in Rotational Shifts.

URGENT HIRING

Salary:
RM1, RM2,000.00 per month
