Based at Setia City Mall Corporate Office, your duties include but to limited to the following:Conceptualising and implementing integrated marketing campaigns for the shopping mall to drive traffic and revenue.


  • Assist the team with budgetary control, advertising, promotions, events, marketing of in mall advertising spaces, loyalty programmes, public relations, engaging and onboarding stakeholders, and direct marketing in order to create a strong and unified shopping mall brand that stands out from the competition.

Other key responsibilities include:
Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns and access against goals (ROI and KPIs)

  • Conduct post campaign analysis, budget tracking, monthly reports for internal analysis, and day to day campaign monitoring.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure project success and create awareness for the mall's activities.
  • Form strategic alliances to source sponsorships, unique event opportunities, and public relations opportunities for the mall.
  • Proactively plan and initiate joint collaborations with tenants, as well as garner participation for mall programmes and various Lendlease initiatives to drive sales.
  • Plan the department's budget to keep expenses within the approved budget.
  • Conduct post promotional campaign or event reviews to determine the effectiveness of promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and tenant GTO, and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
  • Actively participate in group campaigns and initiatives.
  • Requirements:Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, Event Management or related disciplines.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role and work environment (shopping mall experience would be added advantage)
  • Knowledge of KPIs and marketing techniques for event management
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
