Knowledge of regulatory requirements and standards relevant to manufacturing (ISO9001, ISO13485 & IATF16949).

  • Proficiency in read and understand manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.
  • Excellent knowledge in measuring techniques using measuring tools.
  • PDCA, QC 7 Tools, MSA & SPC/CPK.
  • Ensure the parts manufactured by suppliers conformed to customer specifications and requirements.
  • Review Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)/ First Article reports from suppliers before submitting to customer for approval.
  • Identify and evaluate the part quality problems and work with suppliers to develop corrective action and system/process improvements through VCAR issued.
  • Perform onsite suppliers audit for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions for material quality issues.
  • Verify incoming defect parts and manage sorting activities for supplier material quality issues.
  • Perform yearly supplier audit and quality board review with suppliers.
  • Train incoming inspectors to conduct inspection per established inspection plan including defining critical dimensions to be measured

Pay:
Up to RM4,500.00 per month

Schedule:
