Job Role Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Government Relations/Liaison: Develop and maintain relationships with government officials and agencies to ensure compliance and support for business initiatives. Act as a liaison to navigate regulatory landscapes and secure necessary approvals or partnerships.
  • Sponsorship Hunting: Identify and secure sponsorships and funding opportunities for events and projects, from initial research and outreach to negotiation and agreement finalization.
  • Market Research and

Strategy Development:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities. Develop and implement targeted strategies to pursue these opportunities.

  • Networking and

Relationship Building:

Forge and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders, including clients, partners, and influencers, to support business growth and elevate brand reputation.


  • Sales and Negotiation: Lead the negotiation and closure of deals, aligning with the company's strategic and financial objectives.
  • Collaboration with

Internal Teams:
Ensure alignment and communication across marketing, product development, and customer service teams for unified business strategies.

  • Performance Analysis and Reporting: Monitor the effectiveness of business development activities, providing insights and recommendations to senior management for sustained growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business development, sales, or related area, with a preference for backgrounds in the MICE sector.
  • Indepth knowledge of MICE and F&B industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain professional relationships.
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities.
