Job Brief:

To assist in the delivery of all Company goods to stated Company accounts and related clerical functions.

Responsibilities:

  • To ensure full assistance to van drivers and other staff in the delivery of Company goods to stated Company accounts and that such deliveries are carried out promptly, efficiently and courteously at all times.
  • Maximum care and attention at all times to all deliveries of Company goods for safe deliveries and no unnecessary breakage/damage to such goods and no damage to customer's premises.
  • All loading/unloading, packing/repacking and delivery of all Company goods into Store and/or to stated Company accounts, and no unnecessary breakage/damage to such goods.
  • To assist in other store activities, and keeping all Store areas clean and dustfree and all unwanted packing materials, cartons etc are disposed off promptly on instruction from Superior.
  • To prepare machines and accessories as required for demo/set up.
  • To collect payment/cheque from customer's premises as and when directed by Superior.
  • To record meter reading of machines in customer's' premises.
  • Not to disclose to any unauthorised person/s details of all deliveries such as name of customer, address, model no., demo etc and any other confidential Company information.
  • To perform any other related duties as and when assigned by Superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Preferably at least 1 year of related reworking experience.

DL License:

  • Preferably Non-Executive specializing in Transportation / Logistics or equivalent.
  • Good communication skills in Malay, English and Chinese languages for both spoken and written.
  • 1 full time position available.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM1, RM1,800.00 per month
