Tasks & responsibilities

  • Responsible to ensure quality management system is implemented.
  • Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
  • Responsible to perform final release products by reviewing and approve COA.
  • Responsible to continuously review Standard Operating Procedure for meeting quality requirement.
  • Develop protocol of validation process and assists or coordinates in validation of equipment, facilities, process & sterilization.
  • Manages the inspection and testing of parts and products and ensure adherence to established quality standards.
  • Schedule yearly plan Internal Audit, follow up the action Internal Audit finding issuance including verification of previous audit finding, review audits report and determine or ensuring proper corrective & preventive actions.
  • Manage CA/PA procedure and closely monitor and follow up the corrective action plan of CAPA report in timely manner.
  • Maintain knowledge base of existing and emerging regulations, standards or guidance documents.
  • Support and participates in crossfunctional project when assigned or appropriate.

Pay:
RM1, RM2,800.00 per month
